![]() When I pushed the render button, I could not get more than 2-3 fps speed! I checked the settings in DaVinci Resolve, and the RTX 2060 was selected with CUDA option. Total duration of the nativity is 12 minutes approximately. Then using Delta Keyer with clean plate, colour correction (in Fusion tab), light wrap node, some transform nodes, polygon masks (3-4) drop shadow effect, and on some pre-rendered particles' clips, created on Particle Illusion, or ready videos. All of my fusion comps include FG (greenscreen) and one or two moving backgrounds (various resolutions) which I would resize to have the same resolution as the project. I am working on an 1080P, 30fps timeline with 27 fusion clips totally. However the whole export took about 6 hours! Is this something normal for my system? Finally after some errors, of clips going offline, and 2-3 crashes I managed to export the video, so to work on the sound now. I did use the proxy mode which helped a lot I must say. Everything was ok, however once I started the compositing process, creating more and more fusion clips, Davinci became slower and slower. ![]() I start editing the nativity in sequences, and the created a master sequence were I copy/pasted all the clips (I chose to avoid importing sequences in sequence). The film was shot on a simple 4K handycam, at UHD resolution and 30fps, H264 format. I am currently in the process of finishing a primary school Christmas nativity using DaVinci Resolve free edition, which was shot exclusively on green screen.
